Good to know before you reserve.
No. Once we open, non-members can book massage, bodywork, facials, recovery suite sessions, equipment sessions, and wellness events by appointment at non-member rates. Members pay lower rates and receive benefits such as included monthly sessions and treatments, after-hours suite access from 6 AM to 10 PM, and locked founding rates.

Tier 2 (Enhanced Recovery, founding rate $149/mo) includes 8 biohacking sessions, one complimentary 30-minute hands-on treatment (massage, stretch, facial), and 20% off additional services. Tier 3 (Total Recovery, founding rate $237/mo) includes unlimited biohacking sessions (up to 1/day, 4/week), one complimentary 50-minute plus one complimentary 30-minute hands-on treatments (massage, stretch, facial), 20% off additional services, a monthly guest pass, priority booking, and — as an exclusive bonus — free access to our wellness events and classes (breathwork circles, sound baths, cold exposure workshops), included at no extra cost. All tiers include 10% off retail, private recovery suite access 6 AM–10 PM daily, and a 6-month minimum commitment.
100 total — the first 50 members who join Tier 2 and, separately, the first 50 members who join Tier 3 lock in the founding rate. Tier 1 has no founding rate and is never capped. Once each tier's 50 founding slots are claimed, new members in that tier join at the regular rate.

Your recovery suite is private for your session; session allowances depend on your membership tier. Massage and bodywork are available by appointment, not as self-serve after-hours services. Yes. Once we open, first-time clients can try 14 days of unlimited sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy for $79, available 6 AM–10 PM daily. It rolls into the membership tier you choose unless you cancel, and you can add your first massage or bodywork session at 30% off.
Yes. All memberships have a 6-month minimum commitment. After the minimum term, you can cancel anytime by giving 30 days' written notice. Your founding rate won't be available again if you rejoin later.
